All the guns in the world won't keep you safe if martial law is declared, if you don't have a defendable location.
…. Do you have a Bug Out Plan in case the SHTF? Do you have a safe location you can get your family to if the economy falls apart?
…. I have 2 buildable lots 90 miles north of Phoenix in Lake Montezuma, less than a tank of gasoline away from Albuquerque. (353 miles/5 and 1/2 hours) They are priced at $10,000 for the two.
…. Lake Montezume is a small quiet middle class community with only one way in and one way out, over a small bridge over Wet Beaver Creek. Wet Beaver Creek is fed by Montezuma's Well, a natural spring which flows all year. There is a golf course here which will be used to grow crops if food is no longer available at the grocery store. Lake Montezuma backs up to the Coconino National Forest where there is an abundant supply of fire wood and game. Water, heat, game, fertile land and armed like-minded neighbors. Everything you need to survive. The bridge will be blocked off, except to property owners, if necessary.
…. There is no town government. There is a community spirit. People get together on the holidays at the town square to celebrate together. There is a determination to survive if the SHTF.
…. Women walk their dogs here at night without fear. Neighbors pull together.
…. If you never need it as a bug out location, it is a great place to retire to. You win either way. Consider it an insurance policy and an investment.
…. It is estimated that if the U.S. is hit with an electro magnetic pulse weapon, 90% of the population will perish within 90 days from starvation, dehydration or civil unrest. Remember, the police have no obligation to protect you. Can you survive where you are?
…. Click the link on the bottom left of this ad for "Google Map" (next to the zip code) to get a satellite view of Lake Montezuma. When the map comes up click the "Satellite" box on the bottom left. You can zoom in and out.
... If you wait until you need it, it will be too late.
... I can give you the parcel numbers. You can go to: http://gis.yavapai.us/v4/ and look them up. That will also switch over to google earth for you. The parcel numbers are: 405-03-381 and 405-03-380. If you have a problem navigating that system, let me know and I will lead you through it.
... Lake Montezuma is not an incorporated city. There is no town government. So, we have no "city water". We do have a couple of private water companies. Or, you can drill a well. Personally, I have a well. Power and cable and water are there at the street.
... The properties are: .14ac and .16ac respectively. If you would like to see them, contact me and I'll meet you, show you around town and show you the lots.
... Local building requirement is that you build at least a 900 square foot house.
... The lots are priced 30% below similar lots in the area. They are priced to sell. It is a cash deal. I am not interested in payments.
I would love to give you a call and fill you in on everything and why this a really good deal for you. I am not a real estate salesman or broker.
