SELENA is a 100% luxury subscription service offering all your favorite brands at one price per month. We also carry products for individual purchases as well for those whom enjoy the normal shopping experience.

Where we stand out is being able to offer “UNLIMITED” products and brands at one cost per month; however, just to top it off you can buy by the brand as well. Here’s an example:
Add the Brand TIMBERLAND to your cart for $49.99 (per month) and you’ll only receive TIMBERLAND products each month (UNLIMITED).

Job Description:
A person who represents a brand to targeted customers in order to increase awareness, create a specific image, generate sales opportunities and build customer preference is a brand ambassador.

Operational and Situational questions
● You are at a promotional event and there is no traffic at our company’s booth. What would you do to attract potential customers?

Role-specific questions
● What are your main responsibilities as a Brand Ambassador?
● Are you familiar with our products/services? Who do you think is our target audience?
● In your opinion, how do we stack up to the competition? Why would customers prefer us over them?
● What word-of-mouth techniques are effective?
● How do you schedule online social content? Mention any tools that you have used (e.g. Hootsuite and Buffer.)

Behavioral questions
● How do you usually strike up a conversation with a group of people you don’t know at a professional event?
● Describe some challenges you have faced with customers in your previous positions. What did you do to ensure client satisfaction?
● Describe a time you provided your team with customer feedback. How did that help increase client satisfaction?
● Have you ever suggested new sales opportunities or methods to reach out to potential clients? How did you come up with these ideas and what came of them?
● Do you leave online reviews for products? Why/why not?
